The MAXREFDES1205 demonstrates how to build a DC-DC buck converter using the MAX20098 controller for 2.5V DC output applications from a 4.5V to 16V input. This reference design delivers up to 10A at a 2.5V output. The design uses a six-layer PC board with two-side component placement. An overview of the design specification is shown above.
