PMICs for Wearable Fitness and Medical

Wearable products have a unique 24/7 power profile:  they spend a considerable time in sleep/standby modes. In order to maximize battery power for productive use in these applications, the power supply must be optimized to minimize power draw during both the active and the sleep/standby modes. Maxim’s power management ICs for wearables were designed specifically to meet this primary need.

Power solutions for wearable products are evaluated based on time duration between battery charges/replacements, design size, and integrated features. The fitness and medical PMICs that Maxim offers lead the industry in all of these areas. Maxim's wearable PMICs integrate multiple functions on a single chip using the smallest available packaging.

Maxim offers industry leading power management ICs designed to extend battery life in wearable fitness and medical applications.  Our latest products are not always publically listed.  If your high volume wearable fitness or medical device requires world class power management functionality please contact us to discuss access to our most recent products.

Broad market PMICs for wearable applications.
