iButton Fobs are the best way to mount iButtons when your application needs them to roam. They allow you to easily use the iButton as a secure key, portable data carrier, eCash, or personal authentication device. The DS9093A Fob permanently holds iButtons in place with just a snap and comes in five different colors. The DS9093N Fob has a through the hole design and is great when you are using an insertion type reader that needs to make data contact with both the front side (data contact) and the flanged side (ground contact) of an iButton. Unike the DS9093A, the DS9093F is a low profile Fob designed to allow occasional removal of an iButton. It also allows you to use F3 type iButtons for a very low profile.
DS9096P Adhesive Pads are a great and inexpensive way to attach iButtons to just about any smooth surface. You can use them to mount an iButton to a fixed or movable object. The DS9093S and DS9093P Wall Mounts let you permanently attach iButtons to walls or other flat surfaces. In addition, you can place a DS9106 Halo around the iButton to help users visually locate it while performing their duties.
Also, available are the DS9093RA Lock Ring and DS9093RB Flange Enlargement. The Lock Ring is a stainless steel fastener, which crimps onto iButtons, to provide an inexpensive method for firmly attaching them to items with pre-punched holes. The Flange Enlargement is a thin stainless steel washer that increases the diameter of the iButton's flange to improve retention of the button in materials that are very thin or flexible.
