Applications/Uses

Description

The DS1075 and and DS1075-N EconOscillator™/Divider produce an output frequency ranging from 27.3kHz to 100MHz. The output values are programmed in an EEPROM divider and prescaler and can be set at the factory or user-configured. The oscillator maintains a 1% accuracy over the specified temperature and voltage ranges. As no external components are required, the DS1075 provides oscillator functionality in less board space. The DS1075 operates in standard commercial temperature ranges; the DS1075-N operates in ranges of -40µC to +85µC.

Like the DS1073 but operating with 5V power supplies, the DS1075 or DS1075-N bring cost and space savings to any application requiring a precise, fixed frequency oscillator. Such applications include set-top boxes, games, disk drives, digital cameras, PCMCIA cards, laptops, access control, video cards, and motherboards.
