Physical Security Guidelines for DeepCover Secure Microcontroller (Zatara ZA9L1)

By: Reza Ahmadi

Abstract: This application note explains how to hook up the switch and wire inputs on the DeepCover® Secure Microcontroller (Zatara® ZA9L1) microcontroller unit (MCU). The resistive-type wire meshes are rarely used because of the high current required to drive the mesh drains. The ZA9L1's pulsed sensing feature can overcome this barrier.
