温度传感器IC

温度传感器检测某个物体的温度或者其所在环境的温度,并将读数转换为电信号。常见的温度传感器类型有热电偶、电阻温度检测器(RTD)、热敏电阻、本地温度传感器、远端热二极管温度传感器IC。热电偶、RTD和热敏电阻等检测元件的电学属性随温度的变化具有非常强的可预测性。本地温度传感器IC利用管芯上晶体管的物理特性作为检测元件。临床级温度传感器必须满足ASTM E1112标准关于临床测温仪技术规范的精度要求。远端温度二极管温度传感器采用外部连接成PN结的晶体管作为检测元件,包括使用一个或多个外部晶体管测量温度所需的全部信号调理电路。
