同步开关稳压器

同步开关稳压器
同步开关稳压器和控制器使用两个开关元件——高边开关和低边开关。这与非同步开关稳压器不同,后者一般采用单个开关控制高边电压,使用一个高速肖特基二极管作为低边开关。
同步开关稳压器一般将两个开关集成到器件中,而同步控制器仅提供开关驱动信号。无论哪种情况,开关元件均为低RDS(ON)、大功率FET。
由于两个开关的工作时序可控,再加上FET电阻比肖特基二极管低,所以同步开关稳压器和控制器的稳压效率较高。
同步开关稳压器和控制器可采用升压和降压配置。Maxim提供最先进的同步开关稳压器和控制器。
