说明

喜马拉雅系列稳压器IC和电源模块让您的电源方案工作温度更低、设计更简单MAXM17623和MAXM17624为高频、同步、降压型DC-DC转换器,集成MOSFET、补偿元件和电感,工作在2.9V至5.5V输入电压范围。MAXM17623和MAXM17624支持高达1A负载电流,允许使用低成本输入和输出小电容。输出电压可在0.8V至3.3V范围内调节。电源模块大大降低设计复杂度和制造风险,提供真正的即插即用电源方案,缩短上市时间。

MAXM17623和MAXM17624模块在稳态工作时采用峰值电流模式控制方法。为降低输入浪涌电流,器件提供1ms固定软启动时间。两款模块均可选择轻载时采用PWM或PFM模式。选择PWM模式时,MAXM17623工作在固定2MHz开关频率,MAXM17624工作在固定4MHz开关频率。MAXM17623提供0.8V至1.5V输出电压,MAXM17624提供1.5V至3.3V输出电压。

MAXM17623和MAXM17624模块采用薄型、小尺寸、10引脚、2.6mm x 2.1mm x 1.3mm、uSLIC™封装。
