说明

喜马拉雅系列稳压器IC和电源模块让您的电源方案工作温度更低、设计更简单。MAXM17552为高效、同步降压型DC-DC模块,集成控制器、MOSFET、补偿元件和电感,工作在较宽输入电压范围。模块工作在4V至60V输入电压范围,提供高达100mA输出电流,输出电压在0.9V至5.5V范围内可编程。模块大大降低设计复杂度、制造风险,提供真正的即插即用电源方案,缩短上市时间。

MAXM17552采用峰值电流模式控制架构。为降低输入浪涌电流,器件提供软启动特性,包括5.1ms的默认软启动时间。

MAXM17552采用薄型、小尺寸、10引脚、2.6mm x 3mm x 1.5mm µSLIC封装。
