说明

喜马拉雅系列稳压器IC和电源模块支持低温升、小尺寸、更简单的电源方案。MAXM17537是一款使用简单的降压型电源模块,包括开关电源控制器、两个n沟道MOSFET功率开关、一个完全屏蔽电感以及补偿元件,采用薄型、高效散热的系统级封装(SiP)。器件工作在4.5V至60V宽输入电压范围,提供高达3A连续输出电流,在8V至24V输出电压范围内具有优异的电压和负载调整率。高度集成大大降低设计复杂度和制造风险,提供真正的即插即用电源方案,缩短上市时间。

器件可在脉宽调制(PWM)、脉冲频率调制(PFM)或非连续导通模式(DCM)控制方法下工作。

MAXM17537采用薄型、高效散热、紧凑、29引脚、9mm x 15mm x 4.32mm SiP封装,降低封装功耗,提升效率。封装很容易焊接到印刷电路板,适用于自动化电路板组装。
