说明

喜马拉雅系列稳压器IC和电源模块让您的电源方案工作温度更低、设计更简单。MAXM17516为固定频率、降压型电源模块,采用具有热效率的系统级(SiP)封装,工作在2.4V至5.5V输入电源电压,支持高达6A输出电流。器件包括开关模式电源控制器、两个n沟道MOSFET功率开关、一个完全屏蔽的电感,以及补偿元件。器件支持0.75V至1.8V可编程输出电压。高度集成大大降低设计复杂度及制造风险,提供真正的即插即用电源方案,缩短上市时间。

MAXM17516采用热增强、紧凑28引脚、10mm x 6.5mm x 2.8mm SiP封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C工业级温度范围。
