说明

喜马拉雅系列稳压器IC和电源模块让您的电源方案工作温度更低、设计更简单。MAXM15465/MAXM15466/MAXM15467为高效、同步降压型DC-DC电源模块系列产品,集成控制器、MOSFET、补偿元件和电感,工作在较宽输入电压范围。模块工作在4.5V至42V输入电压范围,提供高达300mA输出电流。MAXM15465和MAXM15466分别为3.3V和5V固定输出模块。MAXM15467为可调节输出(0.9V至6.3V)模块。模块大大降低设计复杂度、制造风险,提供真正的即插即用电源方案,缩短上市时间。

MAXM15465/6/7采用峰值电流模式控制方法。为降低输入浪涌电流,模块提供3.75ms固定软启动时间。

MAXM15465/6/7模块采用薄型、小尺寸、10引脚、2.6mm x 3mm x 1.5mm, uSLICTM 封装。
