说明

MAX8969为设计简单的1A升压转换器,采用小尺寸封装,适用于所有单节锂离子电池供电场合。IC具有保护功能,例如输入欠压锁定、短路保护和热关断等。

轻载条件下,IC可无缝切换到跳脉冲模式,以提高效率。这种模式下,仅在需要时进行开关操作,通过降低开关频率和电源电流来保持高效工作。

当输入电压接近输出电压时,为提高效率,提供两种特殊的工作模式:跟踪模式和自动跟踪模式。这些模式允许用户实现静态电流(IQ)与进入boost模式瞬态响应时间之间的平衡。两种模式下,p沟道MOSFET作为限流开关,VOUT保持跟踪VIN。然而,跟踪模式下,关闭boost电路,系统利用EN、TREN输入控制boost功能(IQ = 30µA);自动跟踪模式(ATM)下,使能boost,当VIN下降至目标VOUT的95%时,器件自动切换到boost模式(IQ = 60µA)。

IC采用小尺寸、1.25mm × 1.25mm、9焊球WLP (0.4mm焊球间距)封装。
