说明

MAX8671X集成型电源管理IC (PMIC)理想用于便携式媒体播放器和其他手持设备中。除了五路稳定输出电压外,MAX8671X还集成单节锂离子(Li+)或锂离子聚合物(Li聚合物)充电器和Smart Power Selector™,具有双电源(AC-DC适配器和USB)输入。双输入智能电源选择器支持具有两路或一路电源连接器的终端产品,芯片集成了所有用于充电和切换电池与外部电源之间系统负载的开关。无需外部MOSFET。

Maxim的智能电源选择器充分利用有限的USB或AC至DC适配器电源。电池充电电流和输入电流门限可独立设置。没有用到的那部分输入电源被系统用于向电池充电。充电电流和DC电流门限最高可编程至1A,而USB输入电流可设置为100mA至500mA。自动输入选择将系统负载由电池切换至外部电源。其他特性包括过压保护、电流状态和故障输出、电源就绪监视器、充电定时器和电池热敏电阻监视器。此外,片上温度限制电路还可降低电池充电速率,防止电池过热。

MAX8671X的所有输出均可提供可调电压。同时还可提供工厂预设输出电压的类似器件(供货信息请与厂商联系)。
