说明

MAX77813为高效升/降压转换器,适用于单节锂离子电池供电应用。器件支持2.30V至5.5V输入电压范围,输出电压范围为2.60V至5.14V。器件在升压和降压模式下分别支持高达2A和3A输出电流。峰值效率为97%,允许更长的工作时间。

器件旨在支持降压和升压模式之间的平稳转换。独特的控制算法使其在电源/负载瞬态响应方面拥有高效率和出色的性能。I2C兼容串行接口提供设计灵活性,以优化性能,并具有保护功能。输出电压可动态调节,精细控制系统功耗。器件支持两个输入电流限值,可由ILIM逻辑输入设置。
