说明

MAX77511/MAX77711为四相位、3A/相位、可配置、单路至四路输出、降压型Buck调节器,支持1/2节Li+电池输入。输出电压可通过I2C接口设置,范围为0.25V至5.2V。Buck具有4个可组合的3A开关相(Φ),支持最多4路稳压输出。各相可配置为高电流多相输出:4Φ、(3+1)Φ、(2+2)Φ、(2+1+1)Φ或(1+1+1+1)Φ。

6路GPIO可用作I/O扩展或buck状态和控制。伪随机扩频调制有效抑制EMI。软启动、软停止和DVS转换时间均可通过I2C设置。MAX77711提供一个300mA线性调节器。

MAX77511/MAX77711采用64焊球、3.54mm x 3.54mm晶圆级封装(WLP)。
