说明

MAX77596是一颗小尺寸、同步降压转换器,开关内置。在3.5V至24V输入电压,器件设计提供达300mA电流,然而空载时的静态电流仅为1.1μA (固定输出版本)。通过低电平有效的RESET信号,可监测电压质量。器件可工作在接近断开的98%的占空比,使其适用于电池供电应用。

器件提供固定3.3V、5V输出版本以及可调节输出版本。对于可调节输出版本,用户可使用电阻分压在1V至10V之间调节输出电压。频率固定为1.7MHz,这样可使用较小的外部元件以及降低输出纹波。器件提供强制PWM和跳脉冲工作模式,跳脉冲模式下的静态电流仅为1.1μA。

Max77596为(2mm x 2.5mm) 10-pin TDFN小封装,工作温度范围为-40°C 至 +85°C。
