说明

MAX77504为同步、3A、降压型DC-DC转换器,优化用于2节和3节电池供电的应用。转换器工作在2.6V至14V输入电压范围。输出电压可通过外部反馈电阻在0.6V至6V范围内调节。器件支持低IQ SKIP模式,在轻载下实现优异的效率。MAX77504同样可以通过FPWM引脚同步外部时钟频率。

专用的使能、电源就绪和FPWM引脚可以简化硬件控制。通过SEL输入引脚很容易就可以配置开关频率、增益和输出有源放电选项。内置欠压锁定(UVLO)、输出有源放电、逐周期电感限流、热关断和短路保护,确保在异常工作条件下的安全操作。

MAX77504采用小尺寸、1.7mm x 1.7mm、16焊球、0.4mm焊距晶圆级封装(WLP),或2.5mm x 2.5mm、12引脚、0.5mm焊距倒装芯片QFN (FC2QFN)封装。
