说明

MAX668/MAX669固定频率、脉宽调制(PWM)、电流模式DC-DC控制器设计用于较宽范围输入的DC-DC转换应用,包括升压、SEPIC、反激和隔离输出结构。可输出20W或更高功率,转换效率高于90%。1.8V至28V输入电压范围支持较宽范围的电池或交流供电输入。先进的BiCMOS设计具有低工作电流(220µA)、可调节工作频率(100kHz至500kHz)、软启动,同步输入允许MAX668/MAX669振荡器与外部时钟同步。

DC-DC转换效率经过优化,具有100mV低电流检测电压,以及Maxim专有的Idle Mode™控制方法。中、高负载时,控制器工作在PWM模式,具有最低噪声和最优效率,只有在轻载条件下利用脉冲模式(较小电感电流)减小工作电流、最大程度提高效率。器件也包括逻辑电平关断输入,将供电电流降低至3.5µA。

MAX669优化用于低输入电压,可保证启动电压为1.8V,要求自举操作(IC由升压输出供电)。器件支持高达28V的输出电压。MAX668采用低至3V的输入电压工作,可连接为自举或非自举(IC由输入电源或其它电源供电)配置。非自举配置时,对输出电压无限制。两款IC采用尺寸非常小巧的10引脚µMAX®封装。
