说明

MAX5060/MAX5061脉宽调制(PWM) DC-DC控制器具有大电流输出能力,封装紧凑,所需外部元件最少。这些器件利用平均电流模式控制,实现低RDS(ON) MOSFET的最佳应用,即使输出大电流,也不需要外部热沉。

差分感应(MAX5060)可实现输出电压精确控制,而自适应电压调节可提供最佳瞬态响应。内部稳压器可在4.75V至5.5V或者7V至28V输入电压范围内工作。最高达1.5MHz的开关频率允许使用较小的输出电感和输入电容。这有助于使用PCB嵌入式平面磁性元件。

MAX5060的180°相位延时时钟输出可控制另一个异相转换器,以实现更低的电容波纹电流。如果总线电压升高,超过调节的输出电压,MAX5060将限制反向电流。MAX5060经过专门设计,可在多个电源模块并联工作时限制电流吸收。MAX5060/MAX5061提供0.6V至5.5V可调电压输出。MAX5060具有过压保护、电源良好信号和输出使能功能。

MAX5060/MAX5061工作在汽车温度范围(-40°C至+125°C)。MAX5060可提供28引脚薄型QFN封装,MAX5061可提供16引脚TSSOP封装。
