说明

MAX3864xA/B为nanoPower家族超低330nA静态电流buck (降压型) DC-DC转换器,工作在1.8V至5.5V输入电压范围,支持高达175mA、350mA、700mA负载电流,峰值效率为96%。关断时的关断电流仅为5nA。器件拥有超低静态电流、较小方案总尺寸,在整个负载范围之内都保持高效率。MAX3864xA/B可理想用于长电池寿命至关重要的电池供电应用。

MAX3864xA/B家族采用独特的控制方法,允许在较宽输出电流范围内保持超低静态电流和高效率。MAX38642不带有片上有源放电电阻,在关断状态下,输出可以由其他源或充电的输出电容对其进行调节,或将其保持为高电平。
