MAX20094/MAX20095 IC集成了可配置恒流/恒压(CC/CV)电池充电器和高效同步升压控制器,在主电源断电时为关键系统供电。此外,提供诊断功能,用于检查电池的健康状态(SOH)和IC功能。可配置充电门限和输出电压,以支持主流化学成分电池和多节电池数量。为支持系统集成,IC提供I2C从机接口,通过该接口可访问配置、状态寄存器。
2.2MHz开关频率有助于大幅减小电感尺寸,降低系统成本。IC包括高精度SOH检查等内置功能,最大程度降低备份电池(BUB)的漏电流。
MAX20094/MAX20095采用28引脚(5mm x 5mm)侧面防潮TQFN封装,经过AECQ-100认证。

The MAX20094/MAX20095 evaluation kits (EV kits) are fully assembled and tested application circuits for the MAX20094/MAX20095 backup battery chargers and boost controllers with I2C capability. The EV kits are set up to provide the user with a convenient method to assess the constant-current/constant-voltage (CC/CV) battery charger, state-of-health (SOH) diagnostic features, and the boost controller.
Both EV kits are recommended for use with the free MAX20094 companion GUI and an I2C interface board, such as the Maxim Integrated command module (MINIQUSB). The MINIQUSB enables I2C communication through the USB port of a PC by emulating a 2-wire interface. The EV system includes both the EV kit and the MINIQUSB command module. Note: The EV kit can also be used as a stand-alone board without these items. The EV kit can also evaluate the pin-compatible MAX20095 with IC replacement of U1.
