说明

MAX20077/MAX25277是小尺寸、同步降压型转换器,集成高边和低边开关。器件在3.5V至36V输入电压下提供高达2.5A (MAX20077ATCC/VY+版本为2.0A)电流,空载时的静态电流仅为3.5μA。

在FPWM模式下,器件在6V至18V工作输入电压范围下提供精度为±2%的输出电压。转换器具备20ns最小导通时间,能够提供较大输入至输出转换比。通过PGOOD信号,可监测电压质量。器件可工作在99%占空比的低压差模式,使其成为汽车和工业应用的理想选择。在FPWM模式下,器件提供5V和3.3V两种固定输出电压。此外,使用外部电阻分压器,可将器件配置为1V至10V输出电压。频率内部固定为2.1MHz,允许使用较小的外部元件,以及降低输出纹波、保证无AM干扰。也提供400kHz选项,可提供最小开关损耗和最大效率。器件在轻载时自动进入跳脉冲模式,空载时具有超低的3.5µA静态电流。器件提供引脚使能的扩频调制,将调制频率引起的EMI辐射发射降至最低。

提供MAX20077/MAX25277版本,采用小尺寸(3mm x 3mm)、12引脚、侧面可润湿TDFN封装,带有裸焊盘,需要极少外部元件。
