说明

MAX20049为双通道降压型转换器IC,带有两个低压差调节器(LDO),为汽车摄像机提供单芯片方案。两个降压型转换器设计工作在定频PWM方式,MAX20049的输入电压为5V至17V,MAX20049C的输入电压为4V至17V。专用的高压输入允许实现灵活的方案。

IC提供对全部四路输出电压轨的电压监测。检测到过压或欠压时,电源就绪变为高阻态。为支持较长且低廉的同轴电缆,器件具有500mV SUP1滞回。两个buck转换器均提供非常短的导通时间,且允许利用17V输入产生0.9V输出。高频操作允许使用全陶瓷电容设计,以及小尺寸外部元件。低电阻片上开关在确保高效的同时最大程度降低关键电感。

输出电压由工厂设定,覆盖需要3.3V、3.0V、2.9V、2.8V或2.7V的各种图像传感器。第二级电源覆盖典型的1.8V、1.2V、1.1V及1.0V以下范围,适用于串行器和存储器。多种电压选项,提高了摄像机设计的灵活性,具体信息在输出电压选择部分中给出。

保护特性包括逐周期限流、带自动恢复功能的热关断保护。buck转换器彼此180°反相工作,最大程度降低输入电流纹波。
