说明

MAX20039/MAX20040 IC是小尺寸、同步升/降压型转换器家族,集成高边和低边开关。MAX20040在2V至36V输入电压下,提供高达1.2A电流,空载时的静态电流仅为52μA。IC输出电压精度高达±2%。通过PGOOD信号,可监测电压质量。

MAX20039/40提供5V固定输出电压和4.0V至12V可编程输出电压。详细情况请参考定购信息。频率可在220kHz至2.2MHz范围内调节,允许使用较小的外部元件、降低输出纹波,以及保证无AM干扰。MAX20040B和MAX20040D提供静态电流仅为52uA的跳脉冲模式。IC可工作在扩频调制模式,将调制频率引起的EMI辐射发射降至最低。

MAX20039/MAX20040采用小尺寸(4mm x 4mm)、20引脚、侧面可润湿TQFN封装,使用极少的外部元件。
