说明

MAX20029/MAX20029B/MAX20029C电源管理IC (PMIC)集成4个低压、高效、降压型DC-DC转换器。四路输出中,每路输出可由工厂或电阻在0.7V至4.0V范围内设置。MAX20029有4路1.5A通道,MAX20029B有2路1.5A/3.0A通道,MAX20029C有4路1.5A通道,VOUT低至0.7V。PMIC工作在3.0V至5.5V,是汽车负载点和后端调节应用的理想选择。

PMIC具有固定频率PWM工作模式,开关频率为2.2MHz。高频操作允许使用全陶瓷电容设计,以及小尺寸外部元件。低阻片上开关保证在重负载下具有高效率,并将关键性的电感降至最小,与分立式方案相比,布局要简单得多。内部电流检测和环路补偿降低电路板空间和系统成本。

PMIC提供扩频选项,降低辐射发射。4个降压转换器中的2个转换器与内部时钟错相180°工作,可减小必需的输入电容,且改善EMI。所有降压转换器在AM带外工作在恒定PWM模式。PMIC提供SYNC输入,以同步到外部时钟。

PMIC提供独立使能输入和电源就绪/复位输出,以及工厂可编程PG时间。

PMIC提供多种重要的保护特性,包括:输入过压保护、输入欠压保护、逐周期限流和过热关断。

MAX20029/MAX20029B/MAX20029C PMIC采用28引脚TQFN封装,带裸焊盘,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
