说明

MAX20026/MAX20026S电源管理IC (PMIC)集成4个低压、高效、降压型DC-DC转换器和一个低噪声LDO线性调节器。其中每个降压型DC-DC转换器输出由工厂设置,可提供高达1.0A电流。LDO线性调节器输出可设置为2.5V或可调节,可提供200mA电流。PMIC工作在3.0V至5.5V,是汽车负载点和后端调节应用的理想选择。

PMIC具有固定频率PWM工作模式,开关频率为3.2MHz。高频操作允许使用全陶瓷电容设计,以及小尺寸外部元件。低阻片上开关保证在重负载下具有高效率,并将关键性的电感降至最小,与分立式方案相比,布局要简单得多。内部电流检测和环路补偿降低电路板空间和系统成本。

4个降压转换器中的2个转换器与内部时钟错相180°工作,可减小必须的输入电容,且改善EMI。所有降压转换器在AM带外工作在恒定PWM模式。PMIC提供SYNC输入,以同步到外部时钟。PMIC提供独立使能输入和电源就绪输出。

PMIC提供多种重要保护特性,包括输入过压保护、输入欠压监测、输入欠压锁定、逐周期限流,以及过热关断。当输入下降到低于欠压监测(UVM)门限时,输入欠压监测器将PGOOD驱动为低电平,表示掉电条件。

MAX20026/MAX20026S PMIC采用28引脚TQFN封装,带裸焊盘,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
