说明

MAX20021/MAX20022电源管理IC (PMIC)集成了四路低压、高效、降压型DC-DC转换器。每路输出都可设置在1.0V至4.0V之间,由工厂直接设置或由外部电阻设置,并可提供高达1A的电流。PMIC工作在3.0V至5.5V,理想用于汽车负载点电源以及后续稳压系统。

PMIC采用固定频率PWM模式工作,开关频率为2.2MHz或3.2MHz。高频工作支持全陶瓷电容设计,减小外部元件尺寸。片内低阻开关确保在重载下保持高效工作,并最大限度地减小电感尺寸,与其它分立方案相比,大大简化电路布局。内部检流和环路补偿缩减电路板面积,降低系统成本。

PMIC提供扩频选项,有助于降低电磁辐射。两片四路降压转换器可使内部时钟180°错相工作。该特性可降低对输入电容的要求,并改善EMI特性。所有四路转换器均工作在AM波段以外的固定PWM模式。PMIC提供了SYNC输入,可同步至外部时钟。

PMIC提供单独的使能输入以及上电就绪/复位输出,同时具有工厂预编程的RESET周期。

PMIC具有以下保护功能:输入过压保护、输入欠压指示、输入欠压锁定、逐周期限流以及热关断。当输入电压跌落到UVM门限以下时,输入欠压指示器驱动PG_为低,表明发生欠压状况。

MAX20021/MAX20022 PMIC采用28引脚TQFN封装,并带有裸焊盘,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
