说明

MAX20004/MAX20006/MAX20008为小尺寸、汽车同步buck转换器,集成高边和低边MOSFET。该家族器件在3.5V至36V输入电压下可提供高达8A电流,空载时的静态电流仅为25µA。通过低电平有效的RESET信号,可监测电压质量。器件可工作在98%占空比的低压差模式,使其成为汽车应用的理想选择。

器件提供5V和3.3V固定输出电压,同时具备在1V至10V范围内编程输出电压的能力。频率可通过电阻设置,范围在220kHz至2.2MHz。器件提供强制定频PWM模式(FPWM)和跳脉冲模式,具有超低静态电流。器件可由工厂编程为使能扩频开关,以降低EMI。

MAX20004/MAX20006/MAX20008采用小尺寸、3.5mm x 3.75mm、17引脚FC2QFN封装,使用极少的外部元件。
