说明

MAX1960/MAX1961/MAX1962是大电流、高效率、电压型降压DC-DC控制器,工作于2.35V至5.5V输入电压,能够产生电压低至0.8V、电流高达20A的输出。片内电荷泵产生用于MOSFET驱动的5V稳压电源。另外,自适应“死区时间”驱动器允许使用多种MOSFET,而无须担心直通击穿。

固定频率PWM和外部同步等工作模式,使它们尤其适合于电信和数据通信应用。工作频率是500kHz或1MHz可选,或同步于450kHz至1.2MHz的外部时钟。一路时钟输出可用于同步另一个转换器,以实现180°错相工作。高闭环带宽为那些动态负载的应用提供了出色的瞬态响应。

MAX1960和MAX1961的无损耗电流检测是通过监测低端外部FET的漏源极间的电压来实现的。限流是可变的,以适应各种MOSFET和负载电流。而MAX1962具有10%精确的基于检流电阻的电流限制。

MAX1960和MAX1962可以输出0.8V至4.5V的可调电压。MAX1961和MAX1962有四种预置输出电压(1.5V、1.8V、2.5V和3.3V),并且在整个温度、输入电源和负载变化的范围内,达到了0.5%的电压精度。MAX1960和MAX1961还具有输出电源上下限控制输入,将输出电压上移或下调4%,以便进行系统测试。
