说明

MAX1955/MAX1956是双输出、固定频率、电压模式、脉宽调制(PWM)的降压控制器,具有0.5%的输出精度。每一个控制器开关工作于恒定的600kHz工作频率,并且相互错相180°工作,从而降低了输入纹波电流和输入电容的个数。

片内偏置电源可产生5V的栅极驱动电压,通过低成本的N沟道MOSFET,每相产生高达25A的输出电流,且具有高达93%的效率。无损耗可调限流省掉了昂贵的检流电阻,并提高了效率。折返电流限制降低了短路情况下的功率损耗,其处理瞬间过载方式优于比那些采用间歇模式短路保护的控制器。

输出电压上下限选择能够使输出电源偏移标称值的±4%,以便简化系统测试。输出还可以选择电源的上电和断电顺序,以满足对内核和逻辑电源顺序的需求。
