说明

MAX1953/MAX1954/MAX1957是一类通用、廉价、同步电流模式的脉宽调制(PWM) buck控制器。这些降压控制器适合那些对成本和尺寸要求比较苛刻的应用。

MAX1953工作在1MHz固定开关频率下,因此能够显著地降低外部元件尺寸和成本。另外,通过使用更小的输出电容可以获得出色的瞬态响应。MAX1953工作在3V至5.5V的低输入电压,产生高达10A的输出电流。提供可选择的电流限制来适合外部MOSFET的导通电阻,以优化成本和性能。输出电压在0.8V至0.86VIN之间可调。

对MAX1954而言,高端FET的漏极电压范围是3V至13.2V,不依赖于电源电压。它工作在300kHz的固定开关频率,提供高达25A的输出电流,且具有较高的效率。输出电压在0.8V至0.86VHSD之间可调。

MAX1957具有0.4V至0.86VIN的跟踪输出电压范围,具有源出和吸流能力,适合于诸如DDR总线终端、PowerPC®/ASIC/DSP内核供电等应用。MAX1957工作在3V至5.5V的输入电压范围、固定的300kHz开关频率。

MAX1953/MAX1954/MAX1957提供了一个COMP引脚,该引脚除了为误差放大器提供补偿以外,还可以被拉低,用来关断转换器。输入欠压锁定功能(UVLO)用来保证该器件在电源过低的情况下正常地工作,以防止外部功率MOSFET过热。内部数字软启动用来减小浪涌电流。MAX1953/MAX1954/MAX1957都采用微型10引脚µMAX封装。
