MAX1951A高效率、DC-DC降压开关转换器可以提供高达2A的输出电流。该器件能够从2.6V至5.5V的输入电压产生0.8V至VIN的可调输出电压,使得MAX1951A非常适合板上后续稳压应用。在整个负载、输入电源、工作温度范围内,MAX1951A的总输出误差小于±1.5%。

MAX1951A工作在1MHz固定工作频率,效率高达94%。较高的工作频率可减小外部元件尺寸。内部软启动控制电路降低了浪涌电流。短路和热过载保护提高了设计的可靠性。

MAX1951A提供带预偏置输出或无预置输出的安全启动。该功能简化了核电源和I/O电源应用中的电源跟踪设计以及冗余电源设计。
