说明

MAX1951/MAX1952高效率、DC-DC降压开关转换器可以输出高达2A的输出电流。该稳压器能够从2.6V至5.5V的输入电压产生0.8V至VIN的输出电压,尤其适合于那些需要板上后稳压的应用。在整个负载、线路、温度范围内,MAX1951总输出误差小于1%。

MAX1951/MAX1952工作在1MHz的固定工作频率,具有高达94%的效率。较高的工作频率减少了外部元件的尺寸。内部的软启动控制电路降低了浪涌电流。短路和热过载保护提高了设计的可靠性。

MAX1951提供了0.8V至VIN的可调输出,而MAX1952具有1.8V的预置输出电压。两个器件都采用了节省空间的8引脚SO封装。
