说明

MAX1937/MAX1938/MAX1939构成一类同步的、两相、降压控制器,具有高达60A的输出负载电流。这些控制器利用了和有效负载电流电压定位相结合的Quick-PWM™控制结构。Quick-PWM控制结构提供了迅疾的负载阶跃响应,同时可编程控制的电压定位技术允许转换器对全部瞬态调整予以限制,减少了对输出电容器容量的要求。两相按180°错相工作在500kHz有效开关频率下,降低了输入和输出的电流脉动,同时也减少了对输入滤波电容器的需求。

MAX1937/MAX1938/MAX1939和AMD Hammer、Intel®电压调整模块(VRM) 9.0/9.1、AMD Athlon™ Mobile VID编码规则(查VID码见完整数据资料中的表1)相兼容。内部DAC提供了±0.75%的超高精度。通过控制VID电压瞬变来尽可能地减小在VID输入变化时的欠压和过压过冲情况。

带有远端检测以达到高输出电压精度。通过一个6V的栅极驱动电路来驱动外部MOSFET以尽可能降低开关和交叉导通损失,可以取得高达90%的效率。MAX1937/MAX1938/MAX1939具有逐周期的电流保护特性以保证不出现过流。用强制钳位保护防止输出过压。
