说明

MAX1917为DDR存储器提供完备的电源管理解决方案。该器件包含一个同步buck控制器和放大器,可为VTT和VTTR产生1/2VDDR电压。VTT和VTTR电压保持在1%的1/2VDDR以内。控制器工作在同步整流模式,确保25A的平衡灌入和灌出电流。MAX1917具有小于5µA的关断电流,是低功耗笔记本应用、服务器和台式机电源的最佳选择。全部N沟道FET的设计使效率得到优化。MAX1917可用来产生VDDR,也可用作通用的降压控制器,提供高达1MHz的可变开关频率,而仅需很少的附加元件。

MAX1917采用Maxim专有的Quick-PWM™技术,提供快速的瞬态响应,效率高达96%,所需外部元件尺寸极少。输出电流监视是通过监视低端FET的漏源电压实现的,因而无需检测电阻。电流门限可以通过外部电阻进行调节。MAX1917采用节省空间的16引脚QSOP封装。
