说明

MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A是双路、同步、降压控制器,从4.5V至23V的输入电压产生两路输出。每个输出从低于1V至18V之间可调,且产生10A或更高的负载电流。180°错相同步工作减小了输入电压纹波和总的RMS输入纹波电流。

通过一个外部电阻,开关频率可以在100kHz至600kHz之间调节,或者使该控制器同步于另一片MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A产生的外时钟,或系统时钟。MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A可以设置产生同相或90°错相的时钟信号,以同步其它控制器。这样允许两个控制器在每个输出相移90°的条件下,工作于交替的双相或四相系统。MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A具有软启动功能。MAX1858A还具备先开/后关的电源排序以及软停止功能。

MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A通过利用低端MOSFET导通电阻作为检流元件,省去了所要求的检流电阻。这样在没有外加检流电阻的情况下,就可保护DC-DC元件在输出过载期间或者发生短路时免受损害。可调的折返电流限制降低了短路时的功耗。MAX1858A/MAX1876A在两路输出都达到调整范围之时,电源上电复位(POR)输出信号至系统。

MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A确保输出电压在输入断电或EN被拉低时不出现负电压,MAX1875A/MAX1876A还允许预偏置启动,无须输出放电。

MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A采用24引脚QSOP封装。利用MAX1875评估板或MAX1858评估板,可以评估MAX1858A/MAX1875A/MAX1876A。
