说明

MAX1875/MAX1876双路、同步降压控制器在输入电压范围为4.75V至23V时产生两路输出。每路输出可在1V至18V范围内调节,并且支持10A或者更高的负载。180°错相同步工作方式减小了输入电压纹波和总RMS的纹波电流有效值。

其开关频率可以通过一个外部电阻在100kHz至600kHz之间调节,或者使控制器同步于另一个做为外部时钟的MAX1875/MAX1876或一个系统时钟。MAX1875/MAX1876可以为从控制器的同步按设置输出一个同相或是90°错相的时钟信号。这就使得两个控制器可以90°相移交替工作于双相位或四相位系统。这两种器件还具备于软启动和软停止特性。

MAX1875/MAX1876通过利用低端MOSFET通态电阻做为检流元件省去了对检流电阻的需求。不需要外加检流电阻就可保护变换器的元件在输出过载期间或者发生短路时不受损害。可调的回折式电流限制可减少在短路情况下的电源损耗。在两路输出都达到调整范围时,MAX1876的电源上电复位输出将会给系统发出信号。

MAX1875/MAX1876采用24引脚的QSOP封装,可提供评估板以加快设计。
