说明

MAX1820/MAX1821低压差、脉宽调制(PWM) DC-DC buck转换器专为WCDMA蜂窝电话功率放大器(PA)供电设计,当然,它也可以用于其它需要优先考虑高效率的应用。供电电压范围2.6V至5.5V,保证输出电流达600mA,1MHz PWM开关频率允许采用小尺寸外部元件,跳频模式使轻载静态电流降低至180µA。

MAX1820可以动态控制,提供0.4V至3.4V的输出电压范围。在电压和电流的满量程范围内,该电路的设计能够保证在<30µs内建立输出电压。MAX1821通过外部电阻设置输出电压,提供1.25V至5.5V固定输出电压范围。

MAX1820/MAX1821具有一个低导通电阻的内部MOSFET开关和同步整流器,大大提高了转换效率、减少了外部元件数;100%占空比在600mA负载下(包括外部电感电阻在内)允许压差仅有150mV。该器件采用10引脚µMAX®封装和3 x 4片芯级(UCSP™)封装。
