说明

MAX17673电源管理集成电路(PMIC)集成60V高压(HV)、高效同步DC-DC降压调节器和两个5.5V、高效同步DC-DC降压调节器。三个调节器全部提供集成功率MOSFET。

HV调节器工作在4.5V至60V输入电压范围,LV调节器工作在2.7V至5.5V输入电压范围。HV调节器支持高达1.5A负载电流,可在0.9V至5.5V范围内调节输出电压;LV调节器支持高达1A负载电流,可在0.75V至4.8V范围内调节输出电压。

MAX17673在三个调节器中提供独立的峰值电流模式控制、打嗝模式过流保护、ENABLE输入和电源就绪信号。LV调节器的开关频率可在1MHz至4MHz范围内调节,HV调节器可编程为工作在LV调节器的分频开关频率。HV调节器提供可调节软启动功能,而LV调节器则为内部固定软启动。用户可选择使器件工作在脉冲频率调制(PFM)或强制脉宽调制(PWM)模式。

器件采用28引脚、5mm x 5mm TQFN封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C温度范围。
