说明

MAX17582为两相/单相、交错控制Quick-PWM™降压型VID电源控制器,用于笔记本电脑的CPU供电。真正的错相工作架构降低了对输入纹波电流的要求以及输出电压纹波,同时简化了元件选择和电路板布局。Quick-PWM控制能够瞬时响应负载电流的快速阶跃变化。有源电压定位功能降低了功耗以及对大容量输出电容的要求,并可对钽电容、聚合物电容或陶瓷电容等大容量输出电容进行理想的电压定位补偿。

摆率控制器能够实现VID码之间的受控转换、受控的软启动和软关断以及受控地退出挂起状态。基于热敏电阻的温度传感器提供可编程的热故障保护(/VRHOT)。电流监测输出(IMON)提供与CPU功耗成正比的模拟输出电流。MAX17582提供输出欠压和过热保护。当检测到任意上述故障时,将关断控制器。电压调节器电源就绪(PWRGD)输出指示输出处于稳压状态。另外,MAX17582还具有真差分电流检测和相位就绪(PHASEGD)输出,用于指示相位不平衡故障。

MAX17582可执行Intel IMVP-6.5 VID代码集。MAX17582采用6mm x 6mm、48引脚TQFN封装。
