说明

MAX17574为高效率、高电压、同步降压型DC-DC转换器,内置MOSFET,工作在4.5V至60V输入电压范围。转换器可提供高达3A电流。输出电压可设置为0.9V以上至90%VIN。反馈电压调节精度在-40°C至+125°C温度范围内为±0.9%。

MAX17574采用峰值电流模式控制架构。器件可在脉宽调制(PWM)、脉冲频率调制(PFM)或非连续传导模式(DCM)控制方法下工作。可编程软启动功能允许用户降低输入浪涌电流。器件还带有输出使能/欠压锁定引脚(EN/UVLO),允许用户在输入电压达到相应要求时开启器件。输出电压达到稳压范围时,经过一定延时后触发低电平有效RESET开漏输出,为系统提供电源就绪指示。

MAX17574采用24引脚(4mm x 5mm) TQFN封装。提供仿真模式。
