说明

MAX17509集成两个3A内部开关降压型调节器,具有可编程特性。器件可配置为独立两路单相3A电源或单路两相输出6A电源。器件采用4.5V至16V输入工作,产生可独立调节的输出电压,范围为0.904V至3.782V和4.756V至5.048V,系统精度为±2%。

器件允许通过将电阻连接至配置引脚来选择多个可编程选项,从而为最终用户提供最大灵活性。器件的两项主要亮点是用于任意输出电压的自配置补偿和设置LX开关节点摆率来降低噪声的能力。在对噪声敏感的应用中,例如FPGA、RF和音频中的高速吉比特收发器都得益于这种独特的摆率控制。提供SYNC输入,用于多片器件与系统时钟同步操作。

MAX17509提供输出过压(OV)和欠压(UV)保护,以及过流(OC)和欠流(UC)保护,具有可选的打嗝/闭锁选项。器件工作在-40°C至+125°C温度范围,带有温度检测和关断功能,用于过热(OT)保护。器件采用32引脚5mm x 5mm TQFN封装。
