说明

MAX17503是高效、高压、同步整流降压型转换器,内置双MOSFET,工作在4.5V至60V输入电压范围。器件提供高达2.5A及0.9V至90%IN输出电压。内部补偿覆盖整个输出电压范围,无需外部元件。反馈(FB)调节精度在-40°C至+125°C温度范围内为±1.1%。器件采用紧凑的(4mm x 4mm) TQFN无铅(Pb)封装,带裸焊盘;提供仿真模式。

器件采用峰值电流模式架构,带有MODE引脚,可用于在脉宽调制(PWM)、脉冲频率调制(PFM)或脉冲非连续传导模式(DCM)下控制器件工作。PWM工作模式在任何负载条件下都保持固定频率,在对开关频率敏感的应用中非常有用。PFM工作模式消除了负向电感电流以及轻载条件下额外的跳脉冲,以提高效率。DCM工作模式不采用跳脉冲,而是在轻载条件下仅禁止负向电感电流,所以在低于PFM模式的轻载条件下采用固定工作频率。DCM工作模式的效率介于PWM和PFM模式之间。低导通电阻片上MOSFET确保满载时保持高效,同时也简化了布局。

可编程软启动功能允许用户降低输入浪涌电流。器件还带有输出使能/欠压锁定引脚(EN/UVLO),允许用户在输入电压达到相应要求时开启器件。输出电压达到稳压范围时,经过一定延时后触发低电平有效RESET开漏输出,为系统提供电源就绪指示。
