说明

MAX17270/MAX17271为3路输出开关调节器,设计用于要求在极小空间内高效调节多个电源的应用,例如可穿戴电子设备。

器件采用buck-boost架构,利用单个、小尺寸2.2μH电感调节三路输出,效率高达85%。这就在减小电路板空间的同时,提供比采用buck和线性调节器的等效电源方案更好的总系统效率。

只使能一路输出时,电源电流为0.85μA,每增加一路输出增加0.2μA电流。

SIMO (单电感多输出)调节器能够建立高于、低于或等于输入电压的输出电压,所以能够充分利用整个电池电压范围。由于每路输出的峰值电感电流可编程,可优化效率、输出纹波、EMI、PCB设计及负载能力,达到最佳平衡。

提供两个版本。MAX17270有3路使能输入和3路输出电压编程输入。MAX17271包括一个带中断的I2C接口、一个按钮开关和电源就绪指示。

所有版本提供4 x 4、0.4mm晶圆级封装(WLP)或16引脚TQFN封装。
