说明

MAX17244高效、同步降压型DC-DC转换器内置MOSFET,工作在3.5V至36V输入电压范围,具有42V输入瞬态保护。能够以98%占空比工作在低压差条件。转换器提供高达2.5A输出电流,产生3.3V/5V固定输出电压,同时具备在1V至10V范围内编程输出电压的能力。

MAX17244采用电流模式控制架构。器件可工作在脉宽调制(PWM)或脉冲频率调制(PFM)控制模式。PWM工作模式在任何负载条件下都保持固定频率工作,在对开关频率敏感的应用中非常有用。PFM工作模式消除了负向电感电流以及轻载条件下额外的跳脉冲,以提高效率。轻载应用中,外部同步引脚FSYNC逻辑输出允许器件工作在PFM模式或固定频率FPWM (强制PWM)模式;前者可降低耗流,后者可避免频率波动,最大程度减小EMI。对于设计用于RF收发器的电源,要求严格的辐射控制,固定频率FPWM模式极其有用。

器件采用小尺寸16引脚(5mm x 5mm) TQFN封装,带裸焊盘;以及16引脚TSSOP封装。-40°C至+85°C工作温度范围。
