说明

MAX1722/MAX1723/MAX1724紧凑、高效、升压型DC-DC转换器采用5引脚TSOT小尺寸封装。具有低至1.5µA的静态电源电流,提供更高的轻载效率。这些器件优化于1至2节碱性电池或NiMH电池、或1节Li+电池应用,非常适合那些需要极低静态电流和超小尺寸的应用。

内置同步整流器、无需外部肖特基二极管,提高了效率、并降低了尺寸和成本。这三个器件均具有0.5Ω N沟道功率开关管,MAX1722/MAX1724还采用了专用的噪声抑制电路,可有效降低在许多升压电路中电感产生的电磁干扰(EMI)。该系列产品提供固定或可调输出、关断、EMI抑制等不同特性的组合(参考完整数据资料中的Selector Guide)。
