概述

MAX17220–MAX17225为超低静态电流DC-DC升压转换器,拥有225mA/0.5A/1A峰值电感电流限值和真关断(True Shutdown™)。真关断功能将输出与输入断开,没有正向或反向电流。输出电压可由一个1%标准电阻选择。225mA (MAX17220)、500mA (MAX17221/MAX17222/MAX17223)和1A (MAX17224/MAX17225)峰值电感电流限值允许灵活选择电感。MAX17220/MAX17222/MAX17224版本拥有启动后使能瞬态保护(ETP),根据负载电流的不同,当输入电压下降到400mV以下时,允许输出保持在稳压范围之内。MAX17220–MAX17225拥有超低静态电流、较小方案总尺寸,在整个负载范围之内都保持高效。MAX17220–MAX17225可理想用于长电池寿命至关重要的电池应用。
