说明

MAX17030/MAX17036为3/2相Quick-PWM™降压型VID电源控制器,设计用于IMVP-6.5笔记本CPU。器件包含两个集成的驱动器并可选择采用外部驱动器(如MAX8791)驱动第3相,从而允许根据所支持的CPU的要求,实现灵活的3/2相配置。

真正的错相工作方式降低了输入纹波电流要求和输出电压纹波,同时简化了元件选择和电路板布局。Quick-PWM控制为快速负载电流瞬变提供即时响应。有效的电压定位降低了功耗以及大输出电容的要求,并可对钽电容、聚合物电容或陶瓷电容等大容量输出电容实现理想的电压定位补偿。

MAX17030/MAX17036设计用于直接对电池降压,以生成核电压。单级转换架构使器件能够以最高的效率直接对高电池电压进行降压。

摆率控制器实现VID码之间的受控转换。基于热敏电阻的温度传感器提供可编程的热保护。输出电流监视器提供与电感电流成比例的模拟电流输出,电感电流在稳态时等于CPU消耗的电流。
