说明

MAX16993电源管理集成电路(PMIC)是一款2.1MHz、多通道、DC-DC转换器,设计用于汽车应用。该器件在小型封装内集成了3路电源。器件包括一路直接从汽车电池供电的高压降压控制器(OUT1),以及从OUT1级联输出的两路低压降压控制器(OUT2/OUT3)。空载条件下,MAX16993仅消耗30µA静态电流,使其非常适合汽车应用。

高压同步降压DC-DC控制器(OUT1)可连续工作在高达36V的电压,可承受高达42V的抛负载瞬态电压。引脚可编程频率允许选择2.1MHz或工厂设置的1.05MHz、525KHz、420KHz或350KHz。低压、同步降压DC-DC转换器直接从OUT1运行并可输出高达3A电流。

器件带有扩谱使能输入(SSEN),可在需要时快速提升抗电磁干扰能力。器件还带有SYNC I/O,可作为与外部时钟源同步的输入,也可作为内部产生时钟的输出(参见完整数据资料中的选型指南部分)。器件带有过热关断和过流限制。器件还带有独立的/RESET_输出和使能输入。/RESET_输出对所有输出通道提供电压监控。

MAX16993采用32引脚TQFN/侧面防潮的QFND-EP封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
